Matt's latest post makes it seem like we spent all of Saturday having sex...

...Did we or didn't we? I think I'll keep you in suspense. Mostly 'cause I'm too tired to write more.

I'm still getting used to being 18 and staying out much later then I used to, so I'm all over tired and stuff. Yes. Anyway. Going to sleep now. Good night everyone.

P.S. Dogma is an awesome movie. And Matt is the world's best boyfriend. And no you can not have him, he's mine.

Have you seen this?

A blog from Iraq. Go read it.

How come whenever I feel sick I end up fighting with someone for stupid reasons...

I'm pissed off at my mom. Why couldn't she be working today?

Sunday, March 23, 2003

I really missed my Grandpa today.

Quote of the day...well..of yesterday:

Robin: "Ha, Dad, did you see my bowling name?"
Dad: "Yeah. I have to say, it's a little disconcerting to see your daughter stand up and have everyone start yelling 'Slut'."

Okay, I take it back, I'm not going to be a brat about my presents anymore. Mostly because I found out that my aunt from Indiana is getting me this for my birthday:

Here is what I got for my birthday:

From Mari: A tee shirt that says Yoshi Schwartz's Sushi and Bagel Deli. Very cool. I <3 it.
From Miles: A very cool looking bracelet and a little frilly embroidered door hanging thingy that says "GO AWAY" on it...ahahahah, I love it.
From Christina and Dan: A lava lamp...whee! Groovy.

So this is the stuff I've gotten from people who actually know me and what kinda stuff I like. Here is what I got from my family who are supposed to know me better than anyone:

Grandma Bunny (yeah, her name's Bunny, it's a thing, ask me if you really care): Two shirts, one of which is kinda hippiesh and I like it and one looks like it belongs to a dominatrix. Interesting. They're both black. I don't really wear black too much, I like brighter colors better or stuff with pictures on them, like cartoon characters or writing.
From my aunt: Pretty shirt. Kinda plain looking. Has some beads. Nice color. Will probably look like a pillow case on me as she usually gets me things a size or two too big.
From my uncle: Two books ordered off Amazon about theater and musicals.
From Grandma Frances: A wallet that's bigger than my purse. Nice wallet though. My mom said she'll pay me for it 'cause she likes it and it'll actually fit in her purse. I'm undecided on that.

Right, so I sound like a brat. I'm sorry. But seriously, this is the same thing they've been getting me for years. My aunt has been getting me shirts/sweaters for every birthday/holiday/event since I was 15. I've really like maybe one or two, the rest are stuff she really likes but wouldn't fit into. My Grandma has the same MO except usually I find the stuff she gave me really ugly and hide it away in a drawer. My uncle actually tries to pick out stuff that I'll like or show some interest in. Either that or he gets me a gift card to someplace and I can get whatever I want. My grandma who gave me the wallet is just kinda loosing it, so she goes to Sealfon's and gets me the most random stuff or lets my mom get me something and signs her name to it. Once she got me a sweater vest and matching pleated skirt. It looked like I was going golfing.

They try. I think. I used to think. But now I kinda think they maybe remember it's my birthday the day before we're getting together, run out and get something that they know has worked in the past and give it to me. Which is slightly aggrivating 'cause it's nice when people put thought into things. I try to do that with their presents.

I'm such a brat.

Oh, plus my cousin's birthday is the day after mine and he always gets really cool toys. He got two Zelda games for Game Cube and a toy light saber with all this extra stuff and a gift card to Toys R Us. That doesn't help much. I'm so jealous.

I think I have middle child syndrome and I'm not even a middle child.

And I'm a brat.

You know what kinda sucks? When your family gets you the same birthday presents every year.

I'm very into NOT updating. 'Cause it makes me seem like I'm so busy with my social life that I just don't have time...

..except that's a lie 'cause really I'm just too lazy to update. Just like I'm too lazy to clean my room.

Friday night was Miles' surprise party. SURPRISE!!!! Haha, everyone knew about it ALL week and no one said anything...hooray for not being big mouths. Also, the way we got Miles there was hilarious. Although I kept wondering what would happen if he decided to rush home and just leave Mari at her house.

But yes. The surprise thing was awesome. Except then I got suckered into watching "The Ring" which scared the living shit out of me. I don't care if you think it's dumb and funny, that girl is fucking scary. I'm still afraid to answer my phone. I don't care what you say, little girls are the scariest things on earth.

After much screaming because some people ::coughPhilippeMikeandMiles:: were trying to scare us, Matt and I left and went back to my house to try and get unscared by watching funny things on TV. Didn't work so well for me, but whatever. I'm a wimp. Oh well.

Then yesterday was my birthday thingy. Bowling and movie watching and all that fun stuff. Bowling was okay until halfway through the second game when everyone was like "Alright, I'm bored now." and we wanted to go, but you can't leave halfway through a game 'cause that's dumb. We had fun with making up names, though. First game the names (that I remember) were:

Dan: Pornstar Guy
Robin: Birthday Slut
Kaity: Lucious Cherry
Christina: Crystal Juggs
Philippe: Javier Fernwood

That's right. Porn star names. The other team was all M's and I don't remember any of them. Oh well.

The second game was girls against boys (yes, the girls got our asses kicked). We all picked Disney names. The girls were princesses ('cept for Molly who picked some anime thing) and the boys were villains.

Kaity: Tinkerbell
Robin: Belle
Diane: Wendy
Mari: Mulan
Christina: Lady
Molly: Umi, then Mrs. Bloom, then Mrs. Turner. I dunno.

I don't remember who was who on the guys, only that Matt was Ursula.

I must go now, family's coming over in a few. More later.

Quote of the day:

"If I was ever in charge of a college or high school, I'd call our team the Nads. Then we could scream 'Go Nads!'" - Mrs. Hershey

Told you bio was fun.

The Bush Administration gives wars and attacks the most FUCKED UP names. They sound like the really bad video games they sell at drug fair for five bucks.

Wednesday, March 19, 2003

Why is this happening?

See, there's this war thing that I've been trying to avoid talking about because it makes me squirm.

I don't know what's right or wrong in this situation. I barely know what's going on.

So I don't know if I'm for or against.

But I know I don't want a war. It makes my stomach feel icky. Plus we're reading "Johnny Got His Gun" in English about a guy in World War 1. It makes me feel awful just reading it.

I'm scared of all the dying and what kind of effect this will have on everyone. And I'm scared that for some reason there'll be a draft and holy shit look at that, all my guy friends are at about the right age and that thought makes me want to cry.

I'm pretty much just scared. I can't help it. I miss before 9/11 when everyone was all naive and everyone felt safe.

I don't know what else to say.

So who was number 2000? Does anyone actually care?

I worked at the Purim carnival with Matt, Diane, and Eliana. That was kind of fun and kind of made me want to go screaming for my life. I helped with shave the balloon (which was so pointless as they made us keep the plastic covers on the razors so there was no chance someone could pop the balloon) and the moonwalk (which had some of the most obnoxious kids and parents). For the last hour or so Matt and I were assigned to these three games that were all in a row that we just completely ignored as no one actually wanted to play them. Instead we ate hot dogs and chips and played with the balloons that Diane had for making balloon animals. She made me a snail! Aw! Except I left it there by accident. Oh well. My cat would have tried to eat it anyway. I made my own snail which ended up looking extremely retarded. It's eyes were competely uneven. Then I made a sword which I then tried to disassemble and turn into a dog. That didn't end well. Loud noises and all I was left with was this tiny little shrively plastic thing. Oh well. I tried making a dog again, and it sorta worked. It was kind of like half dog half giraffe. It was kind of cool. I gave it to Diane, hehe.

When the carnival started to wind down, Matt and I left. It was so nice out and we were driving around with the windows open listening to Bobby McFerrin and Yo Yo Ma. That was great. We went back to my house after a brief search for Matt's cell phone and watched "Drop Dead Gorgeous".

REALLY funny movie. That lady from Cheers didn't even annoy me as much as she usually does. Although there was random mass barfing which I closed my eyes for. Blech. It had the lady from West Wing in it. She's so hilarious. And so was Amber's mom. Just very very funny. "Jesus Christ on a cross!"

Then it was off to dinner at Papa Razzi with my aunt and grandmother and parents. That was nice although I really don't remember anything that we talked about. Apparently before we got there my aunt had told the waitress that it was my birthday (it wasn't, we were just celebrating my birthday now since my aunt won't be in town for my real birthday) and a bunch of waiters and waitresses came up with this weird thing that was supposed to be a cake singing happy birthday. Seriously, this thing was not a cake. It was a thing on a plate. There was all this decorative stuff and no actual food substance. It was this white and black design thing all over the plate (you know, that stuff they make look like a spiderweb or something) and some crunchy stuff around the edge and this slab of chocolate SOMETHING over to the side of the plate with a candle stuck in it. It was so strange. But it tasted okay, so that was good.

Oh right, something from dinner last night:

We were having this fruit cake thing that had all this clear glossy frosting on it like a jelly or something to make it shiny.

Robin: Ugh, clear frosting. That stuff creeps me out, it looks like mushed up jelly fish.
My Aunt: The clear frosting looks kind of like... well, nevermind.
::Matt starts laughing hysterically::

My aunt made a dirty joke. She's so cool.

Sunday, March 16, 2003

Oh fuck, please don't be fucked up AGAIN blog! I'm begging you!

Today (or yesterday, actually) I woke up at the lovely hour of 1:00 PM. Mmmm...so nice. Why couldn't we wake up that late for school? Or even 12, I'd consider. Oh well.

So I didn't really do all that much today and I greatly enjoyed it. I slept late. I hung around and listened to my awesome new CD which I'm quickly becoming obsessed with. Matt came over around 4:30 and we helped my mom make dinner...by help I mean I stirred some things and Matt grated cheese. So much fun. My grandmother and aunt showed up around 6 (my aunt's in from Indiana..yay! She's so cool.) and we all had dinner and had some weird conversations as my grandmother is prone to say strange things sometimes. She's old. She can't really help that she gets a little confused. She really means well (this is my mom's mother I'm talking about, not my father's mother who is recently widowed). Anyway.

After that, Matt and I left to go help to set up for the Purim Carnival tomorrow. I saw Diane and Dan there and also Rob from pit whose last name I can't spell. I played with duct tape. A LOT. We were taping drop cloths to the wall and Rob still can't spell his last name but it starts with a G and I both put our initials in duct tape on the drop cloths. Then I made an R and put it on my shirt and made an M and put it on Matt's shirt so we were superheros. At some point I had some duct tape over my mouth, which was Matt's revenge for me putting it over his mouth. That all started by people completely tying up this girl Amanda with duct tape and taping up her arms and legs and mouth which normally would be scary but she was laughing and it was kinda funny. In the end I just ended up tearing off little pieces of tape and throwing them at Dan to see if they would stick. One did. Yay!!!

So in conclusion: Duct tape = a good time.

After awhile Matt and I left. First we were going to go see a movie, and then decided to rent one instead. We rented "Drop Dead Gorgeous", went back to Matt's to watch, and then realized there were no free TV's on which to watch it. So instead we just sat around and talked for a long time which was really a lot of fun, probably more fun than the movie would have been.

And now, I am going to sleep as I have to get up tomorrow and go shave balloons or something. Good night.

Alright.

I must confess something.

It's been eating me up inside for awhile now, and well...

You probably don't remember this post. It's from November 24, 2002 so why should you? But...well...On November 24, 2002 I made this statement:

I hung around watching The Osbournes marathon (someone get me the first season DVD. PLEASE?! It comes out in March, just in time for my birthday!) until Matt called to wish me luck at the show. That was nice of him. But I'm not going out with him. I repeat: I AM NOT GOING OUT WITH MATT. NOW PLEASE SHUT THE FUCK UP. I'm sick of people asking me that, just SHUT UP.

Well...that's not so true anymore.

That's right. I'm going out with Matt Baer. I knew I should have said something sooner, but...I just didn't know how to come right out and say it. I'm sure some of you have figured this out by now. I mean, it has been three months, but....I felt I should say it and get it off my chest. Ah, the burden has been lifted.

Hehehe, if this confuses you go read Matt's blog. Basically, we were on the phone and somehow it came up that he thought he had written that we were going out on his blog and he never had so he decided to now. And then I realized I hadn't written about it 'cause Matt hadn't written about it, and then after awhile who really cared? Hope you enjoy....

Bah, all this ranking business...who needs it!*

*::secretely longs to be ranked somewhere but is not nearly popular enough and doesn't even know the people who do rankings::

Maybe I'll start my own ranking system. But what a rip off that would be. And everyone would go "Robin, you suck, get a life"...wait, everyone does that already.

But all this ranking business makes me think about the quality of my own blog. I break all rules to good blogs:

1. Don't just list things that happened in your day.
Yeah...just look at my last post. Oops.

2. Update frequently
I do that...sort of...except when I don't feel like it..which can be for days at a time...

3. Be witty and amusing while maintaining a well written post
Does being melodramatic and complaining about your job/play/school work count? And as for well written....I write well. Except when I just put one line posts. 'Cause those aren't very interesting.

So clearly, I wouldn't do so well in the rankings if I were ranked. Although would I get points for my HTML skills? And for the originality of not having a decent blog? How about some points for all my self-deprecation? C'mon...pity points!

Ooh, accident on Valley, must go stare at it like a dog watching Jeopardy.

So a lot of things made me very happy yesterday:

Rodriguez gave us an extension on our sociology paper which is SOO good 'cause I haven't done a thing for it besides looking up some articles and I wouldn't have the time or patience to do it this weekend.

I got a cool new CD that I wasn't expecting to get. A rock band with a girl singer! Yay!! Now I can actually sing along without having to switch octaves every five seconds (what a loser I am, I actually care what I sound like when I'm just singing along to a CD).

I got to jump around on trampolines and play in a big foam pit and that was a lot of fun even though after awhile the trampoline made my tummy hurt.

I got to eat birthday cake.

I saw some kids that I helped teach this summer. That was kinda cool.

Cast party!!

We did nothing in math so I got to catch up on my English reading. I've finished the first half of "Johnny Got His Gun". Phew, I feel like less of a slacker now.

Matt was freed from captivity!!! (That one's my favorite)

And now I must got shower 'cause I'm truly gross at the moment.

I completely forgot what I was going to say.

Rippin' off the quote of the day:

"And as a not racist white teacher, I will now say GET YOUR BLACK ASSES ON THOSE BIKES! THAT'S RIGHT! Robin! Get your black ass on that bike!" - Ms. Lobo

I love Ms. Lobo.

Thursday, March 13, 2003

I'm big with the melodrama tonight.

Do you ever feel like nobody's even listening?

This is the year of Robin fucking up in the performing arts.

Meaning.

1. I got into Parnassian. Great start, great show.
.....But I played practically all maids. And then had a panic attack during the first show so I couldn't really enjoy it. I hate getting panic attacks on stage 'cause I know I'm not doing my best and it makes me feel even worse. Or like in tenth when I had a panic attack during Cagebirds and everyong went "Oh Robin, it was great, you really looked like you were sick!"...but that wasn't my acting, that was my actually feeling sick and it showing through. So I didn't feel like I deserved any sort of compliments.

2. Now I'm starting to regret not just learning the dance for the musical. Way late, I know...but...sigh...I feel so left out all the time.

3. FNL. Didn't get in. At least I found out that I was pretty close...but...that's kind of a mixed blessing. Like "Oh yay I didn't suck they did sort of like me!" and at the same time "Oh fuck, I was that close? Why couldn't they just have two more people?!" But I have no hard feelings to the directors. It's just me smacking myself in the head, basically.

So here comes the part that happens after you don't get a part where you go "I'm a talentless loser" for awhile, and then you get over it and you go do something new.

Except it's just a little worse now 'cause this is my last year. And out of dumb luck and my own stubborness, it hasn't been as great as I wanted it to be.

Well...what can I do?

So I didn't get into FNL and that kinda sucked, but I talked to Miles about it and that made me feel a lot better 'cause now I know that I didn't actually suck or anything. Sigh. Oh well. I'm still dissapointed, but there's nothing to do about it now, huh? I found out at lunch and then kinda snapped at Mike for not letting Ziering in...oops...sorry Mike.

But holy shit this is the worst week ever. Conan was fun. But that's about the only fun I've had all week. I've just been so down this week. A lot of people have, actually. I dunno...this week just sucks. So much.

Sigh.

FNL cast list goes up tomorrow...or today..or...your mom. ::sings:: Pretty little picture, your mom.

I will never get that out of my head!!!

Anyway, yeah, I don't think I'm on it. But whatever. Although I believe something was said about how Poodleman could be made into a skit. But still...what the hell was I thinking? Poodleman?!?! Poodleman?!?!

Why do I have these disillusions that I'm funny?!?!

Um..right..anyhow (it's a change from "anyway")...

So I saw Conan with Kaity and Eileen and oh my goodness it was so incredibly awesome...although the guests were kinda like...meh...and yes, Conan really is that pasty. But he talked to Kaity and she went into some sort of spasm fit type thing. I'll write more about it later, but it was a good time. Thanks to Kaity for inviting me along!!

I went through this little bout of unhapiness this morning during study thinking that the whole world was against me and everyone thinks I'm dumb and only talks to me 'cause they feel bad for me.

And then I got over myself and realized I was being a moron and that I'm just having a bad week.

I also had no actual classes today. The two classes that I actually attended that didn't have subs were orchestra and study. And that was it. And my teachers who were absent didn't even leave any work for us to do. Very cool.

But now I'm tired and think I will go to sleep. Good night.

::kicks self::

Why do I bother?

Monday, March 10, 2003

So here's my first not so extremely depressing long ass blog entry in quite awhile. And its about..what else..the musical!!!

I haven't really been detailing my rehearsals or anything, like a lot of other people have been. Mostly because I have nothing to say. The pit isn't really like this big close knit group or anything, there's clearly defined groups, mostly because of who plays what instrument. Not much talking goes on and there aren't really any inside jokes. So I really didn't have anything to say until now.

But...the musical was AWESOME.

Friday was our assembly and all day rehearsal. The assembly went really well. Both of them did, actually. Everyone loved House of Marcus Lycus 'cause of the skankarificness of it. Yes, I did just make up a word. But whatever. I don't remember much else, just that it went really well. We had our "all day rehearsal" which really wasn't much rehearsing at all. We played some, went out to lunch, came back, had some crappy cake, sat around, went home. I could have left much earlier, but I hung around to wait for Matt and to watch the cast rehearse some. I talked to Diane, which was fun. I barely ever get to talk to Diane. But she's gonna sit with me on the bus during the music trip and that will be very fun. Like I've said before, Diane and I have very similar brains. We say really random things and find the strangest things amusing.

But anyway.

After school on Friday I found Matt and ran into Christina. Matt, Christina, and I all got into Matt's car and went to Christina's house where we proceeded to eat our weight in lean pockets. Oh wait, that was just Matt (just kidding!!!). We sat around and talked for awhile and then Matt and I left and went to his house where we again sat around and talked for awhile. Fun was had by all.

Then it was time for the play! The first night, in my opinion, was the best of all three. There was a ton of energy, the audience was amazing, and everything went really well. There was just the little mishap of Ben's coin bag, but all good shows need a mishap for you to realize how truly wonderful the people on stage are. If everything goes according to plan, it's boring. It's like everyone's just going on automatic. It's like watching a movie. Boooring. So I think it was good that the coin bag thing happened, and Mike got to show off his amazing adlib skills.

By the way, to all the males of the production: Everyone knows what your little ritual is by now. Don't think you've really managed to keep it a huge secret all these years. However, there may be a few people who don't know, so I won't actually say what the ritual is. But be warned....I know what you do.

After the show we all went to the diner, which was great. I don't think I've ever had so much fun there. I sat at one end of the table with the people who I really feel the most comfortable around and have the most fun with: Matt, Philippe, Mike, Miles, Mari, Linda, and Stephane. We talked and ate and laughed and no one spilled any milkshakes for once (I think) and I actually got to stay out past midnight for once! Yes!

I went home and fell asleep soon after. I slept till about one on Saturday. Wow that was a lot of fun. Haven't done that in awhile. After which I found out some stuff and had a fight with my mom and blah blah blah drama drama drama I'm sick of all this drama. Anyway. The show on Saturday night was also great. I always get chills at the end of comedy tonight, mostly because the audience loves it sooo much and the cast sounds SOO amazing. I mean, they're harmonizing and are really belting it out and it's so very cool. Same thing happens at the end when everyone's singing "Free! Free!" about two hundred times.

Instead of the diner, everyone went to TGIF this time. Christina and Dan came this time and Matt couldn't go to TGIF do to extenuating circumstances and that was very upsetting. I ended up sitting at a different table with Christina and Dan which was okay and it was great talking to them, although it probably would have been fun sitting with the cast, too. I did go to visit their table before we left however and this was decided:

If I were a guy I would want Miles' voice...this was decided earlier with Diane, though I didn't tell Miles this until we were at TGIF.
I would want Mike's hair, despite the fact that he calls me a demon..wait, I like my hair actually. But still, his is fun.
I would want Mari's asian-ness.
I would want Philippe's pimping abilities.

And then I went home.

And finally, today, the final show. Everything went well, though the audience was kinda icky. They didn't laugh nearly as much. But Molly was there and did her best to make up for it, hehe. Everyone could hear her laughing backstage. I really wish I could see the show. I don't get to see much from the pit and when I do it's usually just the little scenes in between songs. I want to see the songs! After the show was the little pot luck dinner and I ate quite a bit of pasta and it was nice, except it made me kinda sad 'cause it was my last high school show and I was stuck in the pit. I don't want to insult anyone in pit, 'cause it's really a good experience, but truth be told I'd definitely rather be in the cast. That's just 'cause of who I am. And I was especially sad about not being in this cast because a lot of my really good friends were in it, most of them leads, and they had lots and lots of fun together and I can't help but feel left out.

But the show was great and it was a fun experience, despite not being able to be in the cast. Now I must worry about FNL auditions on Tuesday. Ahhh, I'm scared. I don't know what I'm supposed to be doing, and not only that but two of my friends are directors. Baaah, I fear it. I really want to do it. And I think I'd do well. And I don't want to miss out on any more shows. And ahh I'm scared and probably shouldn't be writing about this on here 'cause at least one of said directors reads this...ahhh!!! Oh well.

We'll see.

I should probably go to sleep soon. As in now. Eh, whatever.

Cast, crew, and pit, you guys are amazing. Great job.

Mike is the best Pseudolus around. It's so cool to think back to last year when he had that little two line part and now he's the star. Yay for Mike! Finally getting his time to shine.
Miles as Miles...hehe, I'm sorry, it's still kinda funny. I couldn't really see it when we began, but now I can't think of anyone else playing the role. Great job, I think you're a shoe-in for a rising star award.
Philippe!!! Okay, so I wanted you to be Hysterium, but dude...YOU JUST PLAY SLEAZY GUYS SOOO WELL!!! Which is really funny 'cause it's so far from your personality, as you're one of the sweetest, nicest guys I know. Great job.
Mari is my favorite courtesan because she got that god-awful wig (I'm sorry, it really was god-awful) that looked like rats nest from up close and SHE MADE IT WORK! Hooray! And she put up with a certain pit directors obnoxious vamping. And she can dance. Hooray!
Diane is a great soldier and she had lines! Finally! And she got smacked around and she was just COOL!! It says words!!!! Oh man, the inside jokes we missed out on by me not being in the musical. I mean there was an axe! We made corny jokes out of the stupid little flags last year and now there were axes! Very nice job, Diane...

...um...am I missing anyone? If I am, tell me and I will write nice things about you.

Oh yeah. Clay. Best. Erronius. EVER. "SECOND TIME AROUND!!!!" I would write more, but I'm getting sleepy and it's not like he reads this anyway...or does he?

Right. So. That's all for now I think. I have to go dry my hair. And make sure my boyfriend doesn't completely lose his mind. So farewell lovely readers. And not as lovely readers. And really nasty readers.

Goodnight.

And I feel like it's all my fault.

I was gonna write about the musical, which rocked so much.

But I am now in a HORRIBLE mood and all sad and droopy and earlier I stormed out of my house in a rage after putting on gross old clothes 'cause that was all I could find and so now I'm sad and droopy and smelly and wearing gross old clothes.

So I don't really feel like writing about the musical right now. And I don't want to inflict my icky mood on others. And the one person who I'm sure could make me feel better I can't even see for awhile. And the other person who I could maybe be comforted by is sleeping. So that kinda sucks. But oh well.

Thursday, March 06, 2003

Blah, I hate that I get into random fights with people ALL THE FREAKIN' TIME now. It's not fun. And I always feel like such a bitch and I hate that.

I think I'm just tired, as is everyone. And I think I'm grumpy at being in the underappreciated pit instead of the actually appreciated cast. 'Specially since all my friends are in it, or almost all my friends are. So I'm just sitting beneath the stage in my little box with my little violin playing badly while everyone else has fun and that makes me VERY grumpy sometimes. And then sometimes people are like "Why does the pit get to do this or blah blah blah blah blah all they do is sit there they don't even do anything blah blah blah" shuddup, I don't want to hear it, we just get to 'cause we do, now quit it.

This is not directed at anyone who I'm actually friends with, though, just random people I've heard talking.

I'm sleepy and and want a vacation right now.

Mike called me a demon in his blog. The little punk. That was just supposed to be between me and him.

Oh well, guess the secret's out now.

Today I got to look at a pretty picture in English. And there's no way I can ever pay attention in Bio and that kinda sucks. Ahh I'm sleepy. I fell asleep in Math. A couple of times. That's no good, but I sincerely doubt that he cares. Ooh! And I rode in a car that Miles was driving for the first time ever and DIDN'T die. So that's good.

I'm downloading a cool song called Vocalise by Yo Yo Ma and Bobby McFerrin. It's pretty. I like cello music.

I'm so boring today.

Oh yes, and my violin bow ran away today. The little bastard.

TypicalBrunette (11:35:35 PM): that is, if you promise not to sue me for libel

So fucking stupid.

So today was the music marathon. But I didn't go. Because I've spent the entire week going straight from school to rehearsal to my aunts for shiva and home again at about 11 and I have to go again for most of the day tomorrow and I needed a break. So my parents let me not go and I hung out with Matt instead, which was much more fun.

But last night I went to Kaity's birthday thing and that was lots of fun. It was me, Kaity, Eileen, and Kaity's boyfriend Wyatt. We all went roller skating, haha. I really like roller skating, I used to love the skating parties we'd have during school in elementary school and middle school and I used to take figure skating lessons for maybe a year. So after a few minutes I remembered how to skate and that was great. Eileen brought her roller blades and was skating circle around us. Literally. She'd skate around the rink and pass us before we could get half way around. Kaity was doing okay, and Wyatt was...well..he tried. Hehe. He did get better, though, and no one fell down. Except me, sorta. Kaity and Eileen and I were skating around in a chain and we tried to grab Wyatt and that ended with us stopping at a wall that I hadn't slowed down enough to stop at and I sorta knocked into it and fell over and banged my knee. Ow. But other than that, it was cool.

There was this crazy Britney-esque girl there, too. She was like 12. She was skating around all cool and going backwards and stuff (I swear, she's probably a figure skater) and then songs would come on and she'd do little skanky dances to them while skating. This involved tossing her hair, doing some pelvic thrusting, groping herself, you know, things like that. I laughed my ass off. She was a good dancer, though. But it was so funny 'cause SHE'S 12! EW!

And I'm gonna go with Kaity and Eileen to see Conan in March! I'm so excited! Except I should probably ask my parents if I can go...but I hope they say yes 'cause that'd be SOOO COOL. We will make tee shirts and scream things. Whee!!

So while skating we decided to randomly go up to people standing beside the rink and scream "Whee!" and skate away. Except that everytime we tried we started laughing and it didn't work. But it was very funny.

After skating we went to a diner in Madison with Kait's mom, who drove us places. Kait's mom is extra cool and nice. I got grilled cheese and french fries and chocolate milk. Mmm. I'm such a four year old. And Kaity drew pictures of people on the back of the place mat 'cause that's what she does and it's always fun to look at. We had funny conversations although I can't exactly remember what about. I know there was something involving drunk Irish people. And how I sound stoned. Or something. But it was lotsa fun. And I also need to go get a prom dress with Kaity 'cause that will be cool and she will help me pick out something pretty.

So that was a lot of fun. I'm really glad to see Kaity so happy. Yay for happy Kaity! And I hung out with Eileen who is cool and I have talked to in school and she's always nice. And talks about her drunk Irish relatives, which is funny. And Wyatt is a cool guy and very funny and obviously really loves Kaity 'cause he went roller skating for the girl! It must be love. Happy Birthday Kaity! (a few days late, but I said it before, too)

And I want a class riinnnng!!! Kaity's is so pretty. I want one. Oh well.
